Basketball Recap: Parkview Takes a Loss

Parkview came up into this matchup off a tough 21-point defeat last Friday. This time they kept things ultra-competitive, but unfortunately the final result was the same. They fell just short of the Norcross Blue Devils by a score of 62-60 on Saturday. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Panthers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 83-64 back in December of 2024.

Parkview dropped their record down to 4-19 with the loss, which was their third straight at home. As for Norcross, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 17-7.

Parkview will square off against North Gwinnett at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Parkview is facing North Gwinnett at the right time seeing as North Gwinnett is stuck on a five-game losing streak. As for Norcross, they will face off against Duluth at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Duluth has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last four games.
