Soccer Game Preview: Flagler Palm Coast vs. St. Augustine

The Flagler Palm Coast Bulldogs will challenge the St. Augustine Yellow Jackets at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The timing is sure in Flagler Palm Coast's favor as the squad sits on nine straight wins at home while St. Augustine has been banged up by five consecutive losses on the road.

Flagler Palm Coast saw some tournament action on Friday. While the 0-0 score might suggest a draw, it was New Smyrna Beach who was credited with the win. New Smyrna Beach got it done in the shootout by posting three goals to Flagler Palm Coast's two.

Having struggled with four losses in a row, St. Augustine turned things around against Menendez on Friday. Both finished up on equal footing with a 0-0 draw. The result (or lack thereof) marked the Yellow Jackets' first draw of the season.

St. Augustine's draw gives them a new season record of 2-11-1. As for Flagler Palm Coast, their defeat dropped their record down to 12-2-2.
