Volleyball Recap: Manchester Memorial Comes Up Short

Manchester Memorial was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They came up short against the Gilford Golden Eagles, falling 3-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Golden Eagles this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 last Wednesday.

Manchester Memorial's loss dropped their record down to 3-9. As for Gilford, they are on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-4 record this season.

Manchester Memorial has already played their next match (against Souhegan), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Gilford also has no score uploaded for their next contest, this one against Kingswood.
