Volleyball Recap: Zimmerman Comes Up Short

Zimmerman was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They were a single set away from ending the streak, but they lost a 2-1 heartbreaker at the hands of the Minneapolis Southwest Lakers.

Zimmerman's defeat dropped their record down to 3-5. As for Minneapolis Southwest, their victory bumped their record up to 3-4.

Zimmerman has already played their next matchup, a 3-0 win against Denfeld on the 16th. As for Minneapolis Southwest, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 2-0 loss against Detroit Lakes on the 13th.
