Volleyball Recap: Winston County Takes a Loss

Winston County lost against West Point back in August, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Yellowjackets took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Warriors. The Yellowjackets have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

The match finished with set scores of 25-16, 25-19.

Winston County's loss dropped their record down to 9-8. As for West Point, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 13-11.

Coincidentally, Winston County and West Point will both be playing Mars Hill Bible the next time they take the court. The Yellowjackets will host the Panthers at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, while the Warriors will play them later in the day, at 6:30 p.m.
