Soccer Recap: Wynne Comes Up Short

Wynne entered their game against Central Arkansas Christian on Tuesday without any home losses, but there's a first time for everything. The Yellowjackets came up short against the Mustangs, falling 4-1. While losing is never fun, Wynne can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Arkansas soccer rankings (they are ranked 63rd, while Central Arkansas Christian are ranked 11th).

Wynne now has a losing record of 2-3-4. As for Central Arkansas Christian, the win keeps they at an undefeated 7-0.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Wynne will venture away from home to square off against Lisa Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Wynne are facing Lisa Academy at the right time seeing as Lisa Academy are stuck on a five-game losing streak. As for Central Arkansas Christian, they will square off against Brookland at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
