Addison's offense might be in the hot seat on Friday considering what happened against Jonesville on Friday. They lost 20-0 to the Comets. The contest marked the first time this season in which the Panthers were not able to get on the board.

Meanwhile, Homer took a blow against Hanover-Horton on Friday, falling 54-6. The defeat continues a trend for the Trojans in their meetings with the Comets: they've now lost three in a row.

Addison's loss dropped their record down to 0-6. As for Homer, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-4.

Everything came up roses for Addison against Homer in their previous meeting back in October of 2024, as the squad secured a 60-22 victory. One of the biggest obstacles trying to stand in the way of that victory was the Trojans' Connor Campbell, who rushed for 111 yards and two touchdowns, and also threw for 122 yards and one TD.
