Basketball Recap: Jayden Blasczyk Key Part of a Team Effort in Bears Win

Bradshaw Mountain won the last time they faced Mohave and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Bradshaw Mountain Bears took down the Mohave Thunderbirds 72-56.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Bradshaw Mountain to victory, but perhaps none more so than Jayden Blasczyk, who dropped a double-double on 14 points and 12 rebounds. Blasczyk is also on a roll when it comes to field goal percentage, as he's posted one of at least 45% in the last seven games he's played. Jayce Cate also deserves some recognition as he scored his first point of the season.

Mohave's defeat came despite a true team effort with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Devon Cook, who posted 21 points. The dominant performance gave Cook a new career-high in points. Kingzten Bristol was another key player, putting up 21 points.

Bradshaw Mountain's record now sits at 16-10. As for Mohave, they dropped their record down to 9-12 with the loss, which was their third straight at home.

Bradshaw Mountain didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 49-46 defeat against Coconino on the 6th. As for Mohave, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 55-50 win against Lee Williams on the 6th.
