Locust Fork had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They blew past the Pennington Tigers 80-57 on Tuesday. The Hornets have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 12 matches by 20 points or more this season.

Locust Fork pushed their record up to 19-5 with the win, which was their sixth straight at home. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 77.7 points per game. As for Pennington, their defeat ended a five-game streak of away wins and brought them to 15-9-1.
