Mackowiak was the best running back in the league this week. In 13 carries, he ran for 165 yards as the Shamrocks topped the Spartans. John Carley also contributed to the rushing game with 93 yards on the ground.
A big matchup in the league this week will be when Burr Oak takes on St. Philip Catholic Central. The Bobcats are currently in third, while the Fighting Tigers are in first.
