Basketball Game Preview: Holy Spirit Prep Cougars vs. Rock Springs Christian Academy

The Holy Spirit Prep Cougars will head out on the road to challenge Rock Springs Christian Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

Back in December of 2024, Holy Spirit Prep was beaten by Fellowship Christian 76-13. While losing is never fun, the Cougars can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Georgia basketball rankings (they are ranked 478th, while the Paladins are ranked 214th).

Meanwhile, Rock Springs Christian Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They took a blow against Pike County, falling 64-27.

Holy Spirit Prep has been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-5 record this season. As for Rock Springs Christian Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 1-6.
