Volleyball Recap: Metro Tech's Winning Streak Snapped at Four Games

It was a good run, but Metro Tech unfortunately witnessed the end of their four-match winning streak on Friday. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the McClintock Chargers. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Knights of the 3-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2024.

Metro Tech's defeat dropped their record down to 8-8. As for McClintock, they are on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last nine matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-5 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Metro Tech is set to challenge their familiar foe Alhambra at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Meanwhile, McClintock will take on rival Fairfax at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
