After flying high against Utah School for the Deaf & Blind two weeks ago, Dugway came back down to earth. The Dugway Mustangs fell 63-54 to Telos on Wednesday. One positive for the Mustangs, at least, is that this was the most points they've scored all season.

Dugway lost despite a true team effort on offense, the best among them being Tanner Thackeray, who posted 17 points. The match was Thackeray's fourth in a row with at least 16 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Gary Williams Jr, who put up 16 points.

Among those leading the charge was Kemari McCauley, who scored 26 points. The dominant performance gave him a new career-high in points. Another player making a difference was Landon Edwards, who earned ten points.

Dugway's loss dropped their record down to 5-9. As for Telos, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a massive bump to their 4-15 record this season.

Dugway has already played their next game, a 57-37 victory against Mount Vernon on the 7th. As for Telos, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, an 83-33 win against Utah School for the Deaf & Blind on the 7th.
