Softball Recap: Coleville Takes a Loss

Coleville lost against Virginia City on Saturday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. Coleville lost 22-10 to Virginia City. The Wolves have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Rhiannon French led a balanced group of hitters, scoring a run while going 2-for-2. Leslie Acero was another key player, scoring two runs and stealing three bases while going 2-for-3.

Even though they lost, Coleville always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .630. That was just more of the same: they've now posted an OBP of .500 or higher in six consecutive games.

Coleville now has a losing record of 3-4. As for Virginia City, they now have a winning record of 5-4-1.
