Baseball Recap: Christian Brothers Has No Trouble Against Union

While Christian Brothers put up plenty of runs on Tuesday, the same can't be said for Union. Christian Brothers was the clear victor by a 14-0 margin over Union. With that victory, the Cadets brought their scoring average up to 6.8 runs per game.

Brady Rallo was a major factor no matter where he played. He looked comfortable on the mound, tossing three innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. Rallo was also solid in the batter's box, going 2-for-3 with one triple and two RBI.

In other batting news, Christian Brothers got a massive performance out of GT Taylor, who scored three runs and stole two bases while going 1-for-3. Those three runs gave Taylor a new career-high. Reed Hunter was another key player, scoring two runs and stealing a base while going 2-for-3.

Christian Brothers hit smart and finished the game with only one strikeout. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now struck out at most five strikeouts every time they've taken the field this season.

Christian Brothers' win bumped their record up to 4-1. As for Union, their defeat was their first of the season and makes their record 3-1.
