Basketball Recap: Hillcrest Lutheran Academy Takes a Loss

Hillcrest Lutheran Academy had to hit the road for their first game and it wasn't the result they were hoping for. They fell 53-42 to the Mountain Iron-Buhl Rangers on Friday.

Izzy Wiita was nothing short of spectacular for Mountain Iron-Buhl: she went 5-for-10 on her way to 16 points and five boards. The team also got some help courtesy of Farrah Thomas, who posted two points in addition to nine rebounds and six steals.

Hillcrest Lutheran Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Mountain Iron-Buhl, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 62-45 win against Mayer Lutheran on the 22nd.
