Volleyball Recap: White River Triumphs

White River won the last time they faced Columbia River and things went their way on Saturday too. The Hornets came out on top against the Rapids by a score of 2-0.

Jordyn Kaelin paced White River's offense, picking up seven kills. Kaelin got some help from Isabella Fioretti and her 12 assists. Fioretti also made an impact serving: she shared the team lead in aces with Emery Stevenson, racking up three apiece.

White River's victory bumped their record up to 6-1. As for Columbia River, their defeat was their first of the season and makes their record 2-1.

White River didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 loss against North Thurston on the 13th. As for Columbia River, they have also already played their next matchup, a 3-2 win against Ridgefield on the 16th.
