The Blessed Trinity Titans are taking a road trip to take on the Cambridge Bears at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Cambridge took a loss in their last game and will be looking to turn the tables on Blessed Trinity, who comes in off a win.
Blessed Trinity's defense heads into the contest hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Friday. They took their matchup with ease, bagging a 48-0 victory over Centennial. The final result isn't all that surprising considering the Titans' considerable advantage in MaxPreps' Georgia football rankings (they are ranked 43rd, while the Knights are ranked 235th).

Blessed Trinity got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Ty Page out in front who threw for 173 yards and four TDs on only 16 passes. Page's passing game has become a key predictor of the Titans' success: the team is undefeated when his passer rating is 100 or higher, but only 2-3 otherwise. Ahmontae Pitts helped Page out on the ground, rushing for 67 yards and a pair of touchdowns, while also picking up 31 receiving yards.
Wins are hard to come by when you can't run the rock, something Blessed Trinity proved: they limited Centennial to a paltry 1.1 yards per carry. The Titans didn't have any issues in that department, having averaged 7.3.
Meanwhile, after a string of four wins, Cambridge's good fortune finally ran out on Friday. They took a blow against Kell, falling 45-18. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Bears have suffered since November 29, 2024.
Blessed Trinity will have to contain Brooks Malone as he made an impact in Cambridge's last game. He rushed for 62 yards and two scores.
The victory made it two in a row for Blessed Trinity and bumps their season record up to 6-3. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 52.0 points over those games. As for Cambridge, their defeat was their first in the region, dropping their region record down to 2-1 and their overall record down to 7-2.
Blessed Trinity came out on top in a nail-biter against Cambridge in their previous meeting back in November of 2024, sneaking past 27-24. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Titans since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
