Basketball Recap: East Grand Forks Takes a Loss

East Grand Forks has been a dominant force so far, but they're in the middle of a mini-slump at the moment. They were four points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 78-74 heartbreaker at the hands of the Ada-Borup/Norman County West Cougars. If the Green Wave were looking for revenge after losing 64-54 to them when the teams met back in February of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

East Grand Forks' loss dropped their record down to 19-8. As for Ada-Borup/Norman County West, the victory (which was their eighth in a row) raised their record to 12-4.

East Grand Forks wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 78-74 defeat against Ada-Borup on the 21st. Ada-Borup/Norman County West does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
