Softball Recap: Dundee/Bradford Central Has No Trouble Against Geneva

Dundee/Bradford Central never let their opponents score on Friday. Everything went their way against the Geneva Panthers as they made off with a 13-0 victory. The win made it back-to-back victories for the BraveScots.

Morgan Sutryk made a big impact no matter where she played. She kept things locked down with no earned runs or hits while striking out 13 over six innings pitched. Sutryk was also solid in the batter's box, scoring a run and stealing a base while going 1-for-2.

In other batting news, Korrin Yeoman was incredible, scoring three runs and stealing two bases while going 1-for-3. Reese Simpson was another key player, scoring a run and stealing two bases while getting on base in three of her four plate appearances.

Dundee/Bradford Central's win bumped their record up to 2-0.

Coming up, Dundee/Bradford Central will challenge Harley Allendale Columbia at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. Geneva has already played their next match (against Bradford Central), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
