Volleyball Recap: Triopia/Virginia Find Success

Triopia/Virginia won the last time they faced Havana and things went their way on Thursday too. The Trojans had just enough and edged out the Ducks 2-1. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Trojans have posted since August 28th.

The match was a true back-and-forth as no team won consecutive sets, but in the end it was Triopia/Virginia who won the one that mattered. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 28-26, 24-26, 25-19.

The victory made it two in a row for Triopia/Virginia and bumps their season record up to 14-6. As for Havana, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-11.
