Volleyball Recap: Valley Oaks CES Takes a Loss

Valley Oaks CES was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They fell 3-1 to the Lakeview Charter Lions. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Lions this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-2 back in March.

The match finished with set scores of 25-16, 25-22, 18-25, 25-20.

Valley Oaks CES now has a losing record of 5-6. As for Lakeview Charter, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 8-13.

Valley Oaks CES didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-0 loss against Fulton on the 25th. As for Lakeview Charter, they have also already played their next contest, a 3-1 defeat against Community Charter on the 25th.
