Birdville had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. Everything went their way against the Cleburne Yellowjackets on Tuesday as Birdville made off with a 7-1 victory. The result was nothing new for Birdville, who have now won seven contests by three goals or more so far this season.

Birdville has been performing well recently as they've won seven of their last nine games. That's provided a nice bump to their 17-5 record this season. With the defeat, Cleburne broke their four-game winning streak and moved their record to 13-6-2.

Coming up, Birdville will take on Amarillo on Thursday. Amarillo's defense has only allowed 0.3 goals per game this season, so Birdville's offense will have their work cut out for them. Cleburne does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
