Football Recap: West Clermont Comes Up Short

It's never fun to lose, and it's even less fun to lose 49-14, which was the final score in the West Clermont Wolves's tilt against the Turpin Spartans on Friday.

West Clermont's defeat dropped their record down to 2-4. As for Turpin, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 4-2.

Coming up, West Clermont will square off against Walnut Hills at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. The Wolves are facing the Eagles at the right time seeing as the Eagles are stuck on a five-game losing streak. As for Turpin, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Anderson at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Spartans will need to watch out since the Raptors have now posted at least 31 points every time they've taken the field this season.
