Softball Recap: Pine-Richland Takes a Loss

Pine-Richland fell victim to Hempfield Area and their airtight pitching crew on Wednesday. They came up short against the Spartans, falling 10-0. The loss continues a trend for the Rams in their meetings with the Spartans: they've now lost seven in a row.

Pine-Richland's defeat dropped their record down to 8-5. As for Hempfield Area, they pushed their record up to 20-1 with the victory, which was their 17th straight at home dating back to last season.
