Softball Recap: Hollis-Brookline Comes Up Short

Hollis-Brookline came into their game on Wednesday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They came up short against the Pelham Pythons, falling 17-6. The Cavaliers were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Pythons apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in May of 2024.

Hollis-Brookline now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Pelham, their victory ended a six-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 2-3.

Hollis-Brookline has already played their next match (against Manchester West), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Pelham, they will take on Lebanon at 4:00 p.m. on Monday.
