It'll be an old-fashioned rodeo when Broncos takes on the Marian Mustangs at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. Coopersville is no doubt hoping to put an end to a three-game streak of away losses.

If Avondale wanted to avenge their loss from the last time they played Marian, they should've done a better job of containing Ashlyn Pelon. Marian blew past Avondale 3-0 on Wednesday thanks in part to Pelon, who had eight aces and four digs. The dominant performance gave her a new career-high in aces.
The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Marian was: they took every set by at least 12 points. The match finished with set scores of 25-10, 25-13, 25-13.
