Basketball Game Recap: Kearney Bulldogs vs. Grain Valley Eagles

The Kearney Bulldogs suffered their biggest defeat yet this season on Friday. They had to suffer through a rough 56-27 loss at the hands of Grain Valley. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points Kearney has scored all season.

They got a good chunk of their points from the dynamic duo of Brooke Paalhar and Alyssa Quick, who each put up six points. Addison Taylor held things down on the boards with six rebounds.

Kearney's defeat dropped their record down to 3-12. As for Grain Valley, their win ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 8-5.

Kearney will challenge Liberty at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Grain Valley, they will be playing at home against St. Michael the Archangel on Tuesday.
