Basketball Game Preview: Northwood Panthers vs. Patrick Henry Rebels

Northwood hasn't had much luck against Patrick Henry recently, but that could start to change on Tuesday. The Northwood Panthers just played yesterday, but they'll still head out to face the Patrick Henry Rebels at 6:00 p.m. Both come into the contest bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Northwood took a loss when they played away from home on Thursday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Monday. They walked away with a 52-42 victory over Rural Retreat. The win continues a trend for the Panthers in their matchups with the Indians: they've now won three in a row.

Meanwhile, Patrick Henry was fully in charge, breezing past Northwood 82-48. The Rebels have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 14 games by 26 points or more this season.

Northwood better keep an eye on Cade Caywood. He was instrumental in Patrick Henry's win, going 10-for-17 en route to 24 points along with five boards and five steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Jeb Stewart, who went 6-for-9 on his way to 16 points and three steals.
