Volleyball Recap: Denver South Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Denver South entered their contest against Northfield on Tuesday without any home losses, but there's a first time for everything. The Ravens fell 3-1 to the Nighthawks. The Ravens were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Nighthawks apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in October of 2024.

The defeat didn't mean the game wasn't competitive: Northfield scored at least 20 points in every set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-22, 17-25, 25-20, 25-21.

Denver South's loss dropped their record down to 6-5. As for Northfield, they pushed their record up to 12-5 with the victory, which was their third straight on the road.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Denver South is set to take on their familiar foe Hinkley at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Northfield will square off against rival Vista PEAK Prep at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
