The Faith Christian Falcons and the Arthur-Okaw Christian Conquering Riders will face off at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday without much rest, having both just played. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.

Arthur-Okaw Christian will be up against a hot Faith Christian squad: the team just extended their winning streak to 28. Faith Christian claimed a resounding 55-17 win over Victory Christian Academy.

It was another big night for Gwen Hodson, who went 9-for-18 en route to 23 points and three steals. She is on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in each of the last 28 games she's played. Violet Slagter was another key player, going 5-for-9 to rack up 11 points.

Faith Christian smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 19 offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least eight offensive rebounds in eight consecutive matchups.

Meanwhile, Arthur-Okaw Christian waltzed into their game on Friday with seven straight wins... but they left with eight. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Huskies 67-7. The Conquering Riders' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Arthur-Okaw Christian's victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 24-5. Those victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 19.3 points over those games. As for Faith Christian, their win bumped their record up to 33-2.

Faith Christian came up short against Arthur-Okaw Christian when the teams last played back in November of 2024, falling 38-32. Can Faith Christian avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
