Windermere took care of business in their home opener (and then some) on Friday. They breezed past the Harmony Longhorns to the tune of 43-3. The victory was nothing new for the Wolverines as they're now sitting on 11 straight dating back to last season.

Windermere's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Onix Vazquez, who picked up 96 receiving yards and a pair of TDs. Jaylen Davis also deserves a mention for his punt return touchdown.

Special teams also played a big role in the game for Windermere, adding 19 points to the final score. The biggest highlight from special teams (and perhaps the team as a whole) came courtesy of Cj Bronaugh, who ran a kickoff back for a touchdown. Another bright spot was a punt return touchdown from Davis.

Windermere didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 55-0 win against Cypress Creek on the 29th. As for Harmony, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next match, a 55-20 victory against Poinciana on the 29th.
