Basketball Recap: Port St. Joe Picks Up Fourth Consecutive Victory

Port St. Joe extended their winning streak to four games thanks to a huge performance from Addy Silcox. The Port St. Joe Tiger Sharks strolled past Covenant Christian with points to spare on Monday, taking the game 60-43 thanks in part to Silcox, who posted 22 points in addition to seven rebounds and four steals. Those 22 points gave her a new career-high.

KK McNair was another key player, putting up four points. She has been hot recently, having also posted two or more steals the last four times she's played.

Port St. Joe's victory bumped their record up to 7-9. As for Covenant Christian, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-11.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Port St. Joe will welcome Blountstown at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Covenant Christian, they and Bethlehem will face off at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday without much rest having both just played.
