While Carmel put up some runs on Tuesday, the same can't be said for Soledad. The Padres blew past the Aztecs 10-0. Considering the Padres have won ten matches by more than seven runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

Ava Mangiapane made a big impact while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only one hit over five innings pitched. Mangiapane was also big at the plate, going 1-for-3 with one home run, two runs, and two RBI.

In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Kristen Mastin, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with three RBI, one run, and one double. Those three hits gave her a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Lily Beals, who went 2-for-3 with two runs and one RBI.
