There's no place like home for Franklin Road Christian, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Saturday. They put the hurt on Highland Rim Academy with a sharp 52-31 victory on Tuesday. The Minutemen have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 17 matchups by 21 points or more this season.

Franklin Road Christian was led to victory by Lakelyn Dempsey and Anora Golden. Dempsey went 10 for 17 on her way to 24 points along with six rebounds and five assists, while Golden dropped a double-double with 12 points and ten steals. Golden has been hot for a while, having posted two or more steals the last 15 times she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Bryleigh Dempsey, who posted five points.

Franklin Road Christian has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 11 of their last 12 contests, which provided a nice bump to their 28-4 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 54.8 points over those games. As for Highland Rim Academy, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-7.

Coming up, Franklin Road Christian will face off against Clarksville Christian at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Clarksville Christian has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games. Highland Rim Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
