Volleyball Recap: Fairview Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Fairview was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their tenth straight loss. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Silver Creek Raptors. If the Knights were looking for revenge after losing 3-1 to the Raptors when the teams met back in October of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

The final score came out to 25-19, 14-25, 25-13, 25-23.

Kaia Caines paced Fairview's offense, picking up eight kills. Caines got some help from Summer Meek and her 12 assists. Caines also made an impact serving: she shared the team lead in aces with Peyton Weiss, each putting up three.

Fairview's defeat dropped their record down to 4-17. As for Silver Creek, their victory ended a six-match drought on the road and puts them at 6-12.

Fairview has already played their next match, a 3-1 win against Skyline on the 29th. As for Silver Creek, they will challenge Brush at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
