Benet Academy had already won 12 in a row and they went ahead and made it 13 on Tuesday. They came out on top against the Saint Viator Lions by a score of 2-0. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Redwings also won the last time the pair played back in September of 2024.

The 2-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Benet Academy was: they took both sets by at least ten points. The final score came out to 25-12, 25-15.

Benet Academy's win bumped their record up to 17-1. As for Saint Viator, they moved to 12-4 with that loss, which also ended their four-game winning streak.

Coming up, Benet Academy will challenge Glenbard West at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. The last three games the Hilltoppers have played have been within one set, so don't be surprised if it's a close one. As for Saint Viator, they will face off against Libertyville at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
