Basketball Recap: Randle Finds Home Court Redemption Against Terry

There's no place like home for Randle, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Friday. They took down the Terry Rangers 57-40 on Tuesday. The Lions have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Rangers, too.

When it comes to explaining why Terry lost, don't look at Aleena Perez. Despite the final result, she posted 19 points. That was a full 47.5% of Terry's points, marking the third time in a row she's scored more than a third of the team's points. Abby Gutierrez was another key player, putting up eight points.

Randle's win was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 7-10. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 54.5 points per game. As for Terry, their loss ended a four-game streak of away wins and brought them to 11-3.

Randle is taking a road trip to square off against Fort Bend Marshall at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Terry, they will host Victoria East at 3:30 p.m. on Friday.
