Volleyball Recap: Grygla-Gatzke Comes Up Short

Fans were treated to a battle of the Eagles on Saturday. Grygla-Gatzke took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of Sacred Heart. Grygla-Gatzke was given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Sacred Heart apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in September of 2024.

Grygla-Gatzke now has a losing record of 4-5-1. As for Sacred Heart, the victory was the 14th in a row for them, bringing their record up to 16-1.

Grygla-Gatzke has already played their next contest (against Warroad), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Sacred Heart will be paying especially close attention to Grygla-Gatzke's match: after Grygla-Gatzke faces off against Warroad, they'll take on Sacred Heart again at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
