You can't lose the game if you win every quarter, and that was precisely Carver A&T's strategy against Patapsco on Friday. Given that consistent dominance, it should come as no surprise that the Carver A&T Wildcats blew the Patapsco Patriots out of the water with a 43-16 final score. The Wildcats have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won five contests by 23 points or more this season.

Carver A&T can attribute much of their success to Elisah Guity, who posted 19 points. Laila Brandon was another key player, putting up seven points.

Carver A&T's victory bumped their record up to 6-4. As for Patapsco, their loss was their ninth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-8.

Carver A&T wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 35-29 defeat against Eastern Tech on the 21st. Patapsco has also already played their next game, a 57-14 loss against New Town on the 22nd.
