Basketball Game Preview: Riverside Generals vs. Bolles Bulldogs

Having just played yesterday, the Riverside Generals will jump right back in to play the Bolles Bulldogs at 2:00 p.m. on Friday. Given that both suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this game.

Riverside saw some tournament action on Thursday. They were dealt a 74-47 defeat at the hands of Fleming Island. While losing is never fun, the Generals can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Florida basketball rankings (they are ranked 340th, while the Golden Eagles are ranked 92nd).

Meanwhile, Bolles came up short against Creekside on Thursday and fell 60-49. The Bulldogs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Riverside's record now sits at 4-6. As for Bolles, their record now sits at 5-4.

Riverside strolled past Bolles when the teams last played back in December of 2020 by a score of 66-51. Will Riverside repeat their success, or does Bolles have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
