Halifax County had to endure a six-match losing streak, but that streak is no more. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the George Washington Eagles on Tuesday. The Comets not only won on Tuesday, but they posted their biggest win since September 18th (when they won 3-0).

Halifax County's victory bumped their record up to 5-12. As for George Washington, they are on a 23-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-14.
