Baseball Recap: Leman Manhattan Prep Comes Up Short

Leman Manhattan Prep was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They lost 16-6 to the Brooklyn Friends Quakers. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Bull of the 4-3 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in May of 2024.

Leman Manhattan Prep saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Riku Kaizuka, who went 1-for-3 with one home run. Another was Hudson Scher, who went 1-for-2 with one stolen base, one run, and one RBI.

Leman Manhattan Prep's defeat dropped their record down to 2-5. As for Brooklyn Friends, the win got them back to even at 1-1.

As of now, neither Leman Manhattan Prep nor the Quakers have any future games scheduled.
