For whatever reason, it's the away team that's had the advantage when Pratt and Conway Springs meet (five straight games heading into this one) and that held true again on Saturday. The Greenbacks came out on top against the Cardinals by a score of 2-0. The Greenbacks haven't had any issues with the Cardinals recently, as the game was their eighth consecutive victory against them.

While Pratt might've won, it sure wasn't easy: Conway Springs scored at least 20 points in every set they played. The final score came out to 25-20, 25-21.

Mica Stapleton paced Pratt's offense, picking up ten kills. Stapleton got some help from Savannah Copus and her nine assists. Addison Sowers controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

Pratt's win bumped their record up to 11-16. As for Conway Springs, the defeat snapped their winning streak at three matches and leaves them with a 13-9 record.

Pratt wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 2-0 victory against Pretty Prairie on the 4th. As for Conway Springs, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-0 win against Collegiate on the 4th.
