Soccer Recap: Richmond Comes Up Short

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Richmond can now relate to. They fell 4-2 to the Mt. Vernon Marauders on Tuesday. Richmond have struggled against Mt. Vernon recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive lost matchup.

Ben Holliday and Jorge Bermea-Guzman scored both of Richmond's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 29 goals.

Richmond's loss dropped their record down to 11-4-1. As for Mt. Vernon, their win bumped their record up to 12-4.

As of now, neither Richmond nor the Marauders have any future games scheduled.
