Soccer Recap: Brookwood Comes Up Short

It was a proper cat-fight when Brookwood took on Chilton County on Friday. The Brookwood Panthers fell just short of the Chilton County Tigers by a score of 2-1. The Panthers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Their goal came courtesy of Alejandro Valle, who's now up to two this season.

Brookwood now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Chilton County, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to a perfect 2-0.

Brookwood wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next matchup, a 10-2 win against Holy Family Catholic on the 14th. As for Chilton County, they have also already played their next contest, a 4-0 victory against Holy Spirit Catholic on the 14th.
