Volleyball Recap: Wayne Christian Academy Comes Up Short

The Wayne Christian Academy Eagle came up short against the Appling Christian Academy Eagles on Tuesday and fell 2-0. The Eagle have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-12, 25-9.

Wayne Christian Academy's loss dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Appling Christian Academy, their win was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 7-1.

Coincidentally, Wayne Christian Academy and Appling Christian Academy will both be playing Trinity Christian the next time they take the court. The Eagle will head out to face Trinity Christian at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, while the Eagles will play them later in the day, at 7:00 p.m.
