Volleyball Game Preview: McKinney Boyd Broncos vs. Plano East Panthers

The McKinney Boyd Broncos will take on the Plano East Panthers at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Both come into the match bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

The home team had come away the winner the last five times McKinney Boyd and Prosper had met, but sadly for the fans who attended this one that wasn't the case. The Broncos came out on top against the Eagles by a score of 3-1 on Friday. The Broncos haven't had any issues with the Eagles recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive win against them.

While McKinney Boyd might've won, it sure wasn't easy: Prosper scored at least 20 points in every set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-20, 25-21, 23-25, 26-24.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Plano East, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Friday. They walked away with a 3-1 victory over Prosper on Tuesday.

Plano East was especially dominant in the third set. The match finished with set scores of 25-21, 19-25, 25-15, 25-23.

McKinney Boyd's win bumped their record up to 11-14. As for Plano East, their victory bumped their record up to 24-10.
