Volleyball Recap: Dupree Comes Up Short

Dupree lost against Miller back in October of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Tigers took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Rustlers.

Miller's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Jolie Palmer, who had nine digs and four assists. The team also got some help courtesy of Bailey Brueggeman, who had five assists and four aces.

Dupree has traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-17 record this season. As for Miller, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 16-7.

Dupree has already played their next contest, a 2-0 loss against Warner on the 18th. As for Miller, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 2-0 victory against Langford on the 18th.
