Grand Blanc barely beat Heritage the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Bobcats took their match on Friday with ease, bagging a 56-27 win over the Hawks. The game was all but wrapped up at the end of the third, by which point the Bobcats had established a 28-point advantage.

Grand Blanc's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Jake Morrow, who threw for 295 yards and three TDs while completing 88.9% of his passes. That's the most passing yards Morrow has posted since back in October of 2024. 114 of Morrow's passing yards were hauled in by Micah Kemp, who also brought in two receiving touchdowns.

The win (which was Grand Blanc's third in a row) raised their record to 3-0. The victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they've averaged 49.0 points this season. As for Heritage, they are on a four-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Grand Blanc will welcome Traverse City West at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Heritage, they will face off against Davison at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
